I'm a published woman! The first two books that I wrote back cover blurbs for have been released, and you can see those and my ad copies on Cedar Fort's website!! (And in the next Seagull Book and Deseret Book catalogs.) For anyone interested in seeing my work, here are some links:
(Click on where it says "Click to look inside" and then jump to the last page and you'll see the back cover. And the ad copies I wrote are under "description.")

So cool Alicia! The back covers sound awesome, I am so impressed. Way to represent the Mathew's Fam :)
Good job Alicia!
I have a question. As part of this job, do you have to read all of the books that you are assigned to write back cover blurbs for?
How exciting! I read the back and it made me want to read the books, so you did your job right. Congrats!
Very, very cool Alicia.
Congratulations.
Tiffani- I pretty much can't read all the books, there just isn't time (and I don't get paid enough to spend that much time on it ;) I go off of synopses, forwards of the books, and maybe I'll skim through the first chapter of the book to get a feel for it.
Yeah, I wondered how in the world anyone would have time to read every book. Thanks for answering my question. I hope it didn't come out as a dumb one ;)
Read all the way through the books? Who would want that job?
Congrats Alicia, this is only a stepping stone in my opinion. MUCH bigger and better (bigger and better as in a killer novel) writing from you to come...
Yay! That is amazing! Congratulations!
step one- blurbs
step two- best seller
you're on your way, baby!!!
Very cool Alicia!!! Btw, how was Twilight? I was so mad I couldn't go. Mick had to work Sunday and needed to go to bed at 6:30 p.m. and I couldn't find an appropriate babysitter with him home. :( Are you going to watch it again?????
for some reason they came up fuzzy! I want to read them...
